Code of Conduct
We keep groups small and the standard high. This is what we expect from everyone in the room, mentors and participants alike.
Last updated: July 8, 2026
A shared standard
Our programs are live, small, and collaborative. That only works when everyone feels safe to ask questions, share work in progress, and speak honestly. This code applies in every session, workspace, and channel connected to the academy.
What we expect
- Treat mentors and fellow participants with respect and good faith.
- Assume the best of others, and give feedback that is honest and kind.
- Make space for different backgrounds, experience levels, and viewpoints.
- Keep what is shared in confidence inside the room.
- Show up ready to take part; the group is stronger when everyone contributes.
What is not acceptable
- Harassment, discrimination, or demeaning comments based on gender, race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic.
- Personal attacks, intimidation, or deliberately disruptive behaviour.
- Sharing other participants’ work or private information without consent.
- Any conduct that makes the learning environment unwelcoming or unsafe.
If something goes wrong
If you experience or witness behaviour that breaks this code, tell us. You can reach a mentor directly during a program, or email hello@internationalai.academy in confidence. We take every report seriously and will respond promptly.
We may issue a warning or, for serious or repeated breaches, remove someone from a program without a refund. Our aim is always the same: a calm, serious, and welcoming place to learn AI well.
