Terms of Service

By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so on its behalf. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or our programs.

Our programs are delivered live and online by working practitioners. Dates, format, and mentors may change, and we will let enrolled participants know if anything material changes. A seat is confirmed once payment is received or, for applications, once we confirm your place.

Prices are shown on the relevant program page and are charged in the currency displayed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your country unless stated otherwise.

Our refund policy depends on the length of the program:

• Masterclasses and two-day programs: full refund if you cancel seven or more days before the start date. Within seven days of the start, the fee is non-refundable but transferable to a future date, or you can send a colleague in your place.
• Multi-day programs (four- and fourteen-day): full refund if you withdraw before the end of day one. After that the fee is non-refundable but transferable to a future cohort.

To request a refund or transfer, email us and we will take care of it.

Our sessions are small and collaborative. By taking part you agree to our Code of Conduct. We may remove anyone who behaves in a way that harms the learning environment, without a refund where the behaviour is serious.

Course materials, recordings, and content we provide are for your personal learning. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them without our permission. Work you create during a program remains yours.

We teach in good faith and to a high standard, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in question.
