Privacy Policy

International AI Academy (“we”, “us”) runs live, mentor-led AI programs and this website. When you register for a webinar, apply for a program, buy a seat, or contact us, you share information with us and we act as the controller of that information. You can reach us any time at hello@internationalai.academy.

We only collect what we need to run the academy and stay in touch with you:

• Contact details you give us, such as your name and email address, when you register, apply, subscribe, or send us a message.
• Application and program details, such as your role, background, goals, and cohort preference.
• Payment information when you buy a seat. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited and referral source, used to understand what is useful and to run our partner referral program.

We use your information to deliver the programs and webinars you sign up for, to respond to your questions, to send you the joining links and confirmations you asked for, and to send occasional updates you can opt out of at any time. We use it to process payments and enrolments, and to improve our teaching and this website.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the academy, and only as far as they need it to do their job:

• Supabase — secure hosting of our application and account data.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional and program emails.
• Zoom — delivery of live sessions.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. If a partner referred you, we record that referral so we can credit them correctly.

We keep your information for as long as you have a relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterwards, or for as long as the law requires. Referral attribution is held for a 90-day window. When we no longer need your information, we delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR. To make a request, email hello@internationalai.academy.

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will let you know by email or a notice on the site.
